2. Return of defective goods: The products are inspected and flawless before sale. If, after your purchase, you find that the product you have purchased is defective and is not the result of wear or misuse, we may offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with our legal rights. We will do this within a reasonable time, at no additional cost to you and without causing significant inconvenience. The consumer may claim a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months of the day on which the defect was discovered. The goods must be returned in the same condition as you received, with all original packaging and labels and unused, otherwise the product cannot be accepted. The defective product must first be returned, only then will you be able to choose a new one, or choose another product, or decide to repair it, or request a refund. A product is not considered to be defective simply because a better product was later placed on the market.
3. Return of damaged goods or faulty goods In the event that you have received a defective or incorrect product by mail, please inform us as soon as possible to the e-mail address info @ zavodo.si.
In the case of a justified complaint, the customer has the option to exchange the product for the same, exchange for another product or receive a refund.
All returns must be electronically confirmed. If all conditions are met, payment will be refunded as soon as possible and at the latest within 15 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.

DELIVERY TIME For products in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 working days, and in other cases from 5-8 working days after receiving the order.
